1990 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz
I purchased the Cadillac nearly 1 years ago (my dream car – a pearl white baby Biarritz) when it had 28K miles on it. It was owned by an elderly woman that just used it to get her hair styled once a week. She decided she is no longer able to drive and sold the car. She owned the car for 16 years and purchased it from the original owner, a US Army General. She teared up when she handed me the keys.
I’ve put about 4K miles on the car. It’s a pleasure to drive and gets many thumbs up. I did put 4 new tires, brakes, thermostat and had radiator flushed as well as the throttle body cleaned. My mechanic inspected it and I did all the recommendations. Previous owner kept the car serviced regularly.
The car sparkles like a real diamond, I have not had it detailed. Just run it thru the car wash when needed. The interior is beautiful and once in awhile I get that “whiff” of a new car. There are no gravel pits/chips. One wheel cover has the rim scuffed on front passenger side. Never smoked in. I did change the front grille and put in a new OEM Seville grille just because I thought the grille gave it a more elegant look. I just like it better. Original grille in trunk, easily changed if new owner prefers that look.
