The 1972 Cadillac Eldorado is considered by some enthusiasts as the most desirable of the 1970’s line of Eldorado convertibles due to it’s low production of only 6,800 models in 1972 (compared to 14,000 in the last year of 1976) and it’s considered a very fast car of its size and weight with the high 365 horsepower 500 c.i. 8.2L V8 engine only produced in the 1971-72 models.
