Up for sale is my 1964 Eldorado Convertible. I purchased the car in 2007 to restore back to it’s original condition. Odometer says 51590 but I do not know if or how many times it’s been around. With that in mind, I’ve done the following: The body has been taken apart and all removable panels have been bead blasted inside and out, primed, painted with 2 stage paint and reinstalled. The floor has been replaced. The engine was a 5K rebuild with everything replaced, transmission was 900 with new clutches, seals, bearings, etc. Drive shaft was 250 and has all new u-joints. Front suspension, all shocks, bearings and brakes including new stainless brake lines have been installed. New exhaust system installed. Differential fluid has been changed. Gas tank has been lined, new gas lines installed and new sending unit installed. Carb has been changed to Edelbrock with electric choke. Stereo has been added in the trunk and runs from your phone’s bluetooth. 6×9 speakers in the back and 6.5 in the front. Top is cloth, not vinyl and looks very rich. New top motor, cylinders and hoses have been installed. Seats have been rebuilt with new springs, new foam and new material. Seat motor has been cleaned and the framework cleaned and oiled. 6 way power seat works as it should. All power windows work well. Door panels and all wood grain panels have been replaced/restored. Tires were purchased from Coker Tire. All systems work as they should except the cruise control and AC. The cruise doesn’t adjust but comes on and the air conditioning has to be manually switched by changing the vacuum hose on the transducer. I have sources for each part. I have receipts for everything but can’t post the total because my wife will read this.
