Presented as a restoration project this Eldorado appears to be complete
Mechanical
- The engine was pulled and rebuilt and the trans looked original
- This was a stalled project that was done by a bad shop that overcharged the prior owner and didn’t do much work so we purchased it from him
- The engine does turn over but will need to be completely hooked up to run all parts are there to do this
Paint and body
- The paint is older and needs to be re done, it was originally white
- The car does have rust on the underside floors and sills, it was repairs by an amateur and should be redone
- The frame appears to be in really solid condition and I don’t see any issues there.
- The body gaps will need some work as they don’t line up right in some areas
- The body does looks straight but again will need to be brought down to see what is behind the paint currently
Interior and Top
- Interior was redone at one point, as well as the top which looks in good shape
- All parts are there and trim for the inside and outside, radio ETC
- It will need further work to be useable
- Missing rear seat, but has door panels
I have a clean title in hand and can assist with a shipper that will haul a non running car.
