1930 LaSalle 30-268 Convertible Coupe with rumble seat finished in Cream and Brown paint. This car is Fischer body #134 as well. LaSalle started in 1927 and was headed by Harley Earl who designed automobiles for the company. Titled as a 1929, vin and title are matching but this is a 1930 model year vehicle. Originally part of a larger collection in Michigan in the 80’s before eventually coming to us. This car is equipped with a third headlight up front that is connected to the steering of the vehicle and will swivel to always point where the car is headed. Powered by the 340 V8 under the hood that is paired up with a 3-speed manual transmission. There is a storage compartment door on the passenger’s side to store items under the rumble seat. Brown bench seat interior with 3-speed on the floor. Rumble seat itself is in matching brown and is in nice shape. Spare tire mounted in the rear with soft ‘Cadillac‘ branded tire cover. This car will come with the glass wing windows, currently wrapped up and not installed on the vehicle. Riding on wide white wall tires with orange painted spoke wheels. Amp meter, oil pressure, and temp gauge all working; fuel gauge was not working. Horn has been rewired to a button above the steering column near the dash, works as it should! Tan convertible top is lined on the inside with red fabric, nice touch that completes this great restoration. Top fits nice and is in good shape with glass rear window. Stock sounding LaSalle!
